VC Fund Investment Manager

Description

• Pre-Investment Assessment: Analyze industry trends of potential investment targets, identify suitable investment opportunities, evaluate the value of investment targets, and conduct due diligence before investment.
• Post-Investment Management: Manage and assist in enhancing the operational performance of portfolio companies, handle dispositions/mergers and acquisitions to realize investment profits.
• Investment Company Management and Supervision: Track and forecast the business performance of portfolio companies, manage post-investment operations, and provide evaluations and recommendations on significant issues at shareholder and board meetings of portfolio companies.
• Supervisory Directed Projects: Undertake special project tasks assigned by supervisors.
• Industry Focus: Mainly focused on the CONSUMER and RETAIL sectors.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in CVC, VC, PE, IB, or FA.
• Strong skills in financial analysis, industry analysis in marketing/sales, and investment assessment.
• Experience in professional services firms and the ability to work independently will be an advantage.
• Fluent in English and willingness to travel to Southeast Asia as required.
