Description

  • Design and implement backend systems for real-time trading data processing, ensuring high performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and design teams to develop and integrate innovative trading features.
  • Manage the entire project lifecycle from conception to deployment, including developing project scopes, objectives, and timelines.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on best practices and fostering a culture of technical excellence.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Golang is essential.
  • 8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 4 years focused on Golang-based backend systems.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated capability to independently build features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
  • Strong foundation in software engineering principles and design patterns.
  • Available to start within 1 month or less.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with high-performance computing systems, real-time data streaming infrastructure, and system performance optimization.
  • Proven track record in the development, scaling, and maintenance of real-time trading systems, including matching engines, market-making algorithms, or similar high-frequency trading strategies.
  • Demonstrated history of building highly reliable systems that emphasize fault tolerance and system stability.
  • Knowledge of financial derivatives and trading concepts.
