Web3 Company Project Manager

Location

Taipei (2 days a week WFH) / Fully remote for those outside of Taiwan

Description

As the project manager for the LAB department, your primary responsibilities include:

• Facilitating cross-functional collaboration to shepherd features from initial concept to launch, bridging the gap between the technical and business aspects alongside our development and design teams.
• Assisting in the development of product strategy, planning of the roadmap, and overseeing product launches from conception to execution in collaboration with our Community & Growth team.
• Adopting a customer-first mindset, underpinned by a profound comprehension of our target audience, to customize solutions that enhance our ability to fulfill their needs.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years of proven expertise in product management, with at least two of those years specifically within the blockchain, Web3, or broader technology sectors.
• A deep understanding of Web3 principles, including NFTs, DApps, memes, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
• Outstanding communication and presentation capabilities, alongside fluency in English.
• The ability to excel in a dynamic, fast-paced startup setting.
• Robust analytical and problem-solving skills, supported by a commitment to data-informed decision-making.
